Bill has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with the last twenty plus years focused exclusively on home health.  This bedrock of medical industry knowledge allows Bill to effectively pursue his passion to educate client families dealing with complex care decisions.  Bill works very closely with OneCall clients to help them navigate complex healthcare issues and make the most supportive and cost-effective decisions with regard to their family member’s care.

Bill spends countless hours with families, both at the hospital and after patient discharge to a rehab setting.  With his knowledge of the healthcare business and cost-saving strategies, Bill patiently answers all pertinent questions to ensure that our clients get the very best care. This handson approach comes from a deep passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives at a very difficult time when their healthcare needs are paramount.

Bill received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, and subsequently pursued further training to become a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) in order to become a professional resource for his clients on all facets of the aging process.  Bill is available to meet with the client or family in the comfort of their home, and can be reached for a personal no-charge consultation directly through the One Call office 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
